Payment Information.
Our payment system online is PayPal. All major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard & American Express are accepted upon PayPal checkout.
Warranty
1 year parts only warranty is available on all purchases.
If an engineer is required for a warranty investigation there is a £400 charge. This will be refunded if fault is due to a warranty issue.
If an installation fault is found the charge remains.
Installation
All installations must be carried out by an FGAS registered engineer. They must provide a fully detailed commissioning report which contains their FGAS number. This must be provided before any warranty claim can be processed.
Returns
Returns can only be accepted if the packaging is in an un-opened condition, with no damage.
Returns delivery is at purchasers cost and a restocking charge will apply.
